(i) KCSE mean grade of C- (minus OR (ii) KCE division III with at least a pass of 8 in English or Kiswahili and Mathematics; OR (iii) A certificate in one of the information sciences’ disciplines, (Archives and Records management, Library science, Publishing and Media studies, and Information Technology) with distinction or credit, obtained from an institution recognized by the University of Kabianga senate.
